Digital Product Policy: This product is digital. No physical product will be delivered.

turnaround time is 5-7 business days after all required information has been received. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be considered received on the next business day.

Expedited Turnaround: Expedited turnaround times are available for an additional fee. Please inquire for more details regarding expedited service options.

Revision Limit: You are entitled to two revisions to guarantee your full satisfaction. Any additional revisions will be charged $25 each. 

Revision Time: Each revision will take up to 24 hours to complete.
