Refund Policy for Postpartum Services

We understand that postpartum life can be unpredictable, and we strive to offer flexible, compassionate care. However, to honor our time and availability, the following refund policy applies:

  • No refunds will be issued for services that have already been rendered.

  • Unused hours are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to service cancellation.

  • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling, depending on the terms of your agreement and services already provided.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled at the provider’s discretion.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are considered forfeited and are non-refundable.

  • Exceptions for emergency or extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you have any questions or need to adjust your scheduled services, please reach out as soon as possible. Our goal is to support you while maintaining fairness and professionalism.

 

Digital Products Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital download, guide, course, or resource has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

 

Please ensure that you have reviewed all product details before purchasing. If you have any issues accessing your digital product or believe there was an error with your order, please contact us — we are happy to help resolve technical issues and ensure you receive what you’ve purchased.
