  • We’ll upload and install your theme just as it’s provided, keeping the original layout and design. This includes website banners, collection covers, and product/service covers.

Please Note: Graphic design services are not included in our website maintenance package.

Website Revamp Design Services

Our website revamp design services include:

• Custom homepage design (banners, product covers, and collection covers)
• Setup for up to 10 products/services (additional products/services can be added for an extra fee)
• Adding and/or removing website applications
• Optimizing website navigation

Bonus: You will receive two complimentary website templates for uploading future products or services. These templates are designed for use in Canva and cannot be edited in other platforms.

Requirement: You must have an existing Shopify website to book this service.

Full Website Design Services

Our full website design services include:

• Custom homepage design (banners, product covers, and collection covers)
• Setup for product pages, checkout pages, menu pages, and quick links
• Setup for up to 20 products/services (additional products/services can be added for an extra fee)
• Policy implementation (Shipping Policy, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy)
• Adding and/or removing website applications
• Integration of social media links
• Optimized website navigation

Bonus: You will receive two professionally designed website templates for future product or service uploads. These templates are available exclusively on Canva.

Important Notes:

• Clients are responsible for monthly subscription fees associated with their hosting platform.
• Domain purchase is not included in our website design packages.
• We do not facilitate domain transfers from other platforms. Clients are solely responsible for handling their domain transfers.
• In order to ensure the privacy and protection of your personal information, our graphic designers do not manage payment method setup. However, our team is available to provide detailed, step-by-step assistance throughout the process.

Once you have paid click HERE to complete the design inquiry form. This form must be completed within 2 hours. Failure to do so could delay production of your digital product(s).

Digital Product Policy: This is a digital product. No physical product will be delivered to you. 

Turnaround Time: The typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days after all required information has been received. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be considered received on the next business day.

Expedited Turnaround: Expedited Turnaround: For an additional fee, your order will be prioritized and delivered within 24–48 hours after all required information is received. To avoid delays, please complete our Graphic Design Inquiry Form and submit all details within 2 hours of purchase. The expedited fee is nonrefundable and will be forfeited if information is not submitted on time.

Revision Limit: You are welcome to request up to two revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. Any additional revisions will be charged $25 each. 

Revision Time: Each revision will take up to 24 hours to complete and is not included in the original delivery timeframe.
